These terms and conditions, (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Website Operator (“Website Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the kingpetall.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Website.
The Website and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Kingpetall and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
At this time we only support and accept payment by cards, both debit and credit card with VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. Payment are secured by Payrexx AG and processing by Stripe as payment processor and merchant account provider.
All shipment will be done at least 2 to 5 business days after full payment received.
Please allow 1 – 3 working days for domestic shipping (Thailand), depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.
All international shipments will be done only through the transhipper service based on the shipping schedule which provide by the transhipper to each destination country/ region each month, shipping date will be informed and update periodically.

Both domestic and international shipment who receives free shipping offers are shipped separately from other item.
There are no order lines eligible for cancellation once the order already been packed and shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer any returns or exchanges but we are happy to replace or refund of any orders that meet to our claims policy.
All claims of orders can be made at least 24 hours after package notified is received. Customer can submit their claim by email through [email protected]
D.O.A (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)
In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must ensure to contact us within 24 hours of it’s arrival. Any claims after this will not be honored.
In case of D.O.A, please sent us a clear picture of the dead fish with unopened bag. Customers can submit their claim and choose for request money back or asking for replacement.
These claims containing losses that occur because of the discrepancy over the item that result customers loss / dissatisfaction. In this case customer is obliged to explain his loss or dissatisfaction.
If eligible, you are entitled to a refund of the full price you paid for the item.
Refund only can be done to every submitted claims that meet to our claims policy. Any eligible claims will entitled for full refund.
Every refund in case of claims will be returned to the initial funding source only.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
